Appetizers capture the essence of Jamaica and can feature items like jerked chicken spring rolls or a seafood ceviche. Dress code: Resort Elegant - summer or cocktail dress, slacks or skirt and nice top for women. Dress or Khaki pants, shirts with sleeves and collars and dress shoes for men. Jackets and ties are not required, but welcome. Jeans and shorts, sleeveless shirts, t-shirts, caps, sneakers or flip-flops are not allowed.
